February 22, 2010 – Kendall SC’s U11B Blue team continued to roll through the SFUYSA’s 2nd Division capping off an undefeated and untied regular season by claiming the championship in the league playoffs. The U14B White came up a win short of the Division 1 title, after finishing first in the regular season, and the U12B White advanced past the quarterfinals to reach the playoff semifinal.

February 18, 2010 - Head coach Bob Winch and The Citadel women’s soccer team announced Monday the signing of six student-athletes to the Bulldog roster for the 2010 season, including Ruthie Leiva, a member of Kendall SC’s U17G White team. Leiva’s signing is the first of a female club member with a NCAA Division 1 program.

Feb. 17, 2010 – US Youth Soccer Olympic Development Program (US Youth Soccer ODP) Girls is holding their fifth national camp for the 1993, 1994 and 1995 age groups from Feb. 16-20, 2010, at the Cypress Park Fields and the North Community Park Fields in Coral Springs, Fla. Participating in the camp will be Kendall SC’s Iris Dunn, a member of the U15G White team.

February 16, 2010 – The U17G White led the way for Kendall SC’s girls teams, winning five of six games en route to claiming the championship at the Score at the Shore tournament in Tampa with an impressive win over the NY East and Region 1 champion. Close on their heels were the U14G White and U15G White, both of who reached the semifinals. The U14B White and U18B Blue also advanced to the quarterfinal rounds.

February 16, 2010 – Kendall SC’s U9B White, U11B Blue and U12G White each walked away with championship trophies this past weekend at the 2010 Weston Cup. Close on their heels were the U13B White who reached the final in the U13 Boys Classic – Red bracket.

February 12, 2010 – Six graduates of the Kendall Soccer Coalition program earned All-Conference honors this past college soccer season in recognition of their on-field performance. Chief among them were Alan Sanchez, who capped his senior season at North Carolina State University with his third career All-ACC selection; and Bryan Perez, who was named the Summit League Offensive Player of the Year in his last year at the University of Missouri – Kansas City.

Feb. 9, 2010 - One of the nation’s highest-touted transfers, who is also a product of the United States U-20 National Team, Sam Garza, headlines the 2010 UC Santa Barbara men’s soccer recruiting class, which was announced today by head coach Tim Vom Steeg. Joining Garza on the 2010 fall roster will be National Letter of Intent signees Eric Reyes (Pembroke Pines, Fla.), Austin Mansker (San Jose, Calif.), Fifi Baiden (Ajumako, Ghana), Jonathan Canales (Santa Ana, Calif.), Rey Ezra-Simbwa (San Diego, Calif.) and Matt Thayer (Loomis, Calif.), as well as Yavapai College transfers Chris Hunter and Evan McNeil.

February 10, 2010 - Three of the nation's top high school players signed National Letters of Intent (NLIs) Wednesday to join the UCF men's soccer team this fall, highlighting an impressive class slated to begin play for the Knights in 2010. The trio of athletes from the state of Florida joins two others who enrolled at UCF this spring - Austin Jay Nelson and Christian William Eissele - to make up the Knights' 2010 recruiting class.

February 4, 2010 – The Florida Youth Soccer Association has announced the sites and First Round groupings for the 2010 State Cup. Ten Kendall SC teams will be vying to claim the state championship in their age groups and advance to the Region III championships. The action kicks off throughout the state on March 27 and 28, with the Final Four championship scheduled for May 22-23 in the Lake Myrtle complex in Auburndale. January 14, 2010 – Kendall SC’s U9B Blue swept through the Silver-2 group to win the inaugural Soccer Skills Unlimited Naples Tournament with an unblemished 4-0 record. Close on their heels were the U14B White who reached the Gold group Final only to come up short in a penalty kicks shootout.

CHICAGO (Jan. 14, 2010) – U.S. Under-17 Men’s National Team head coach Wilmer Cabrera has finalized the 40 players for the Spring 2010 semester of U.S. Soccer’s Residency Program at the IMG Academies in Bradenton, Fla. All of the players were born in 1994 or 1995, and are age-eligible for the 2011 CONCACAF U-17 Championship and the 2011 FIFA U-17 World Cup in Mexico, and have already begun training.
