Prospective members of Kendall SC that have been offered a position on a Super Y-League team for the 2012 season need to complete the 2012 Super Y-League Registration Form (click link to access) and pay the registration and first month of training fees at the time of registration.

Payment can be made by check, cash or credit card (see credit card payment authorization form).

Seasonal membership fees are:

• $240 for Kendall SC members
• $300 for non-Kendall SC members

Seasonal membership Fees include:

• Player and team registration
• Twice per week training during the months of June and July, weather permitting
• The cost of referee fees and coach’s per diem when traveling outside of South Florida are not included
