June 7, 2010 – It may be hard to believe, but when the U9B White took the field at the Disney Memorial Day Soccer Shootout, at times it looked like they were the only team on the field. Playing in the top Premier Division, the Kendall boys won every game by an average margin of 9 goals to claim the championship trophy. Following on their heels were the U11B Blue, who reached the Club Red final, and the U9B Blue and U12B White, who reached the semifinals in their respective divisions.

The U9B White’s commanding performance featured wins by scores of 11-2 over Ormond Beach Apollo, 8-2 over Pinecrest Premier Blue, and 13-1 over 10 sport/JCC Maccabi in the preliminary round. Kendall SC capped it off in the final with an 11-1 repeat victory against Ormond Beach.
The 11B Blue swept through four matches before falling short of the title in the Club Red Division. The preliminary round saw them post consecutive wins over Nature Coast Lightning (7-0), Miami Lakes SC (4-2), and Central Brevard United U10 (2-1). They followed up with a 2-0 victory against MEGU Fusion in the semifinal, but dropped the title game by a 0-2 result to Coral Gables Toros.
The U9B Blue emerged undefeated from the first round of the Club Black Division having defeated the Wesley Chapel Flames (7-3), Pinecrest Premier Panther (6-0) and Milan Soccer School Rosso (6-3). In the semifinal Kendall SC lost a hard-fought 1-2 decision to the eventual champions, Weston FC Arsenal.
The U11B White team did not lose any of its matches in the top Club Division, but unfortunately, that was still not enough to

qualify them to advance to the semifinal. They managed a win over Cooper City Cobras (5-1) and a 1-1 tie with Charlotte County SF Premier in two of the games and the highlight of their weekend was a 1-1 tie with Argentina’s ARF Rosario Soccer, who went on to claim the title in the group.
The U12B White also bowed out in the Club Division semifinal in a tough 3-4 loss to the Brandon Flames Yellow, but not before winning three matches against Gainesville SA Attack (4-1), 10 Sport/JCC Maccabi (1-0) and West Pasco FC Red (6-0).
The U14B White’s two wins in the Premier Division were not enough to get them a pass to the semifinal. Wins over First Coast KYX Blue (1-0) and South Orlando Soccer (5-2) were overshadowed by a 0-1 defeat to Kraze Academy McCavoy.
