Yaneash Donaldson - Girls Program Director

Ms. Donaldson, who holds a Masters Degree in Physical Education: Sports Fitness from FIU, is a former Assistant Coach for the women’s soccer teams at Florida Interantional University and Colorado School of Mines, a NCAA Division II program.
In addition to her experience at the collegiate level, Ms. Donaldson worked more than five years at the youth level with the Real Colorado Soccer Club, a member club of the US Soccer Development Academy. She played collegiately at Clemson University, where her team made two NCAA tournament appearances, and at FIU, where she was named team captain during the 2005 season.

Marcos Colman has coached with Kendall SC since 2005. During the 2008-2009 season he led the U15B White team to an FYSA State Cup championship and he also coached last season’s cohort of the U15B White team to the FYSA State Cup Final. Marcos is a former scout in the Boca Juniors organization in Argentina. In addition to his duties coaching the U14B White, he has oversight for the Boys Youth Competitive Program comprised of the U9-U12 age groups.

Matias Asorey joined Kendall SC in 2010 as a Program Director and head coach of the U18 US Soccer Development Academy team.
He has been Assistant Coach of the FIU Men’s Soccer Team since 2007. He was a four-year letter winner at FIU from 1999 through 2002, and ranks tied for ninth on the school’s all-time scoring list. Matias was twice named the Atlantic Soccer Conference’s Player of the Year and has the distinction of having led the Varela Vipers boys varsity soccer team to a state title as head coach. He did so in 2007 when he was also named Florida Dairy Farmers Boys’ Soccer Coach-of-the-Year.

Luis Gonzalez - Head Coach U16 USSDA

Luchi Gonzalez joined Kendall SC in 2010 as a Program Director and head coach of the U16 US Soccer Development Academy team.
Luchi is also the head coach of the Gulliver Preparatory boys varsity soccer team and previously coached for the Coral Gables Toros program in the Florida Youth Soccer Association, leading their U14 boys team to the State Cup Final Four in 2010. After completing his youth soccer career in Miami, Luchi went on to star for Southern Methodist University, where he earned the Adidas College Player-of-the-Year Award and the Hermann Trophy in 2001. He played professionally in the MLS, the USL 1st Division, the Peruvian 1st Division and the Swedish 2nd Division, and was a member of the US U20 Men’s National Team.
In 2008 Luchi led the Varela Vipers to a #1 national high school ranking. The following season he was the head coach of the varsity soccer team at Christopher Columbus High School.
