U17B WHITE REPEAT AS STATE CHAMPIONS AND U14B WHITE MAKE IT A DOUBLE FOR KENDALL SC
May 22, 2008 – Kendall SC’s U17B White put to rest any doubts that they could repeat as state champions even after giving up more than half of last year’s starters to the Miami FC Kendall Development Academy teams and the U14B White capped a year of successes with the ultimate title, making Kendall SC the only club in Florida to crown two boys State Cup champions.

MONICA AGUIRRE FIRST KENDALL SC GIRL TO SIGN NATIONAL LETTER OF INTENT
June 3, 2008 - In a humble setting at Coral Gables Senior High’s Training Room on Monday afternoon, Kendall SC's U18G White team member Monica Aguirre signed her National Letter of Intent to play College Soccer for King College in Bristol, TN. Monica received the maximum athletic scholarship amount offered from King College.

May 30, 2008 – Kendall SC’s U13 girls prepped for the Super Y-League season with an outstanding performance at the North Collier Spring Classic, emerging undefeated and claiming the championship with a 6-0 over Florida Soccer Alliance.

TWO MIAMI FC KENDALL PLAYERS ON THE ROAD WITH US U18 NATIONAL TEAM Franklin Blaise and Andrew Quintana Travel to Lisbon International Tournament
May 20, 2008 -- The U.S. Under-18 Men’s National Team will return to the Lisbon International Tournament, where the U.S. will take on Norway on May 21, Portugal on May 22 and Sweden on May 24. Head coach Bob Jenkins has named 18 players to the roster that will travel to Lisbon on May 16.

U17B WHITE AND U14B WHITE HEADED TO STATE CUP FINAL FOUR
May 16, 2008 – Kendall SC’s U14B White and U17B White are headed to Pensacola to play in the State Cup Final Four this weekend. The U14B White proved that their SFUYSA Regular Season title was no fluke and the U17B White showed the depth of talent in that age group when they both advanced to the Final Four championship, which will be contested on May 17 and 18. Four other Kendall SC teams battled it out in the Challenge Round as the club placed the second most boys teams in the top 16 among all clubs in Florida and four teams in the top 8 in their age groups.

KENDALL SC MEMBERS KEVIN ANTE AND PEDRO CAVALCANTI TO ATTEND FGCU
The Florida Gulf Coast University men’s soccer program has announced the signing of seven National Letters of Intent for the FGCU class of 2012. Josey Portillo, Manuel Gonzalez, Francesco DiStefano, Nigel Blair, Kevin Ante (Miami, FL/Varela HS), Brady Ondra and Brandon Price will begin their FGCU careers this fall. Ante is a member of Miami FC Kendall's U18 team and will also be joined on the team by Kendall SC's Pedro Cavalcanti (La Salle HS), who plays on Kendall SC's U18B White.

April 23, 2008 - St. John's University head men's soccer coach Dr. Dave Masur has announced the signing of eight players for the 2008 soccer season. Nunzio Belfiore, Matt Bienkowski, Josh Faga, Cristian Gonzalez, Walter Hines, Connor Lade, Austin Phillips and Pablo Punyed have all signed on to play for the Red Storm in the fall.

April 15, 2008 - Clemson University Head Men's Soccer Coach Trevor Adair has announced the signing of five players to national letters of intent to attend Clemson in the fall of 2008. TWO KENDALL SC ALUMNI JOIN THE CAROLINA RAILHAWKS Martin Nuñez and Richard Perdomo Fulfill their Dream of Playing Professional Soccer
April 10, 2008 - The Carolina RailHawks of the USL First Division have signed Uruguayan forward Martin Nuñez to a one year deal for the 2008 season and Honduran native defender Richard Perdomo, adding some South American flare and two Kendall SC alumni to the roster in one fell swoop. Nuñez last played with Kendall SC in the 2007 Super Y-League U20 season and Perdomo´s last year at the club was with the U18 team in the 2003-2004 season, before he headed out to Creighton University for his first two years of college.

SIX OF EIGHT KENDALL SC TEAMS ADVANCE IN STATE CUP
Three Teams Play this Weekend in Round 2
April 7, 2008 – Six of the eight Kendall SC teams that entered the 2008 FYSA State Cup advanced to at least the second round with the U14B White, U16B White and U15G White advancing directly to the Round of 16. The three other teams U13B White, U17B White and U18B White will be playing in the Second Round on April 12-13 in Weston and Plantation.

U11B WHITE WIN CHAMPIONSHIP AT COUNTRYSIDE EASTER TOURNAMENT
March 27, 2008 – Kendall SC’s U11B White overcame adversity and tough competition to win the Maroon Championship at the 2008 Countryside Easter Tournament, capturing their second title in less than a month. In the words of Coach Marcos Colman, “This was one of the hardest tournaments the kids have played in. They played as a team and gave everything to get the victory.”

U15B BLUE ADVANCE TO PRESIDENT’S CUP Three Other Kendall SC Teams Reach Region A Semifinals
March 19, 2008 – Kendall SC’s U15B Blue qualified for the FYSA President’s Cup by advancing to the Division 1 finals of the Region A Cup. Three other Kendall SC teams, U11B White, U11B Blue, and U12G White, advanced to the Region A semifinals in their respective groups.

U16B WHITE WIN LATE SEASON CHAMPIONSHIP U15B White and U18B White Miss Trip to Finals in Overtime Matches
March 17, 2008 – Three Kendall SC teams entered the weekend playing in the semifinals of the SFUYSA Late Season playoffs, but only the U16B White emerged with the Championship trophy after besting Miami Strike Force 1-0 in the Semifinal and clinching the Final on penalty kicks 1-0 against CTC Bandits.

U14B WHITE CAP REGULAR SEASON WITH PLAYOFF CHAMPIONSHIP
February 28, 2008 – Kendall SC’s U14B White followed up their win at the 11 v. 11 tournament by winning the SFUYSA Regular Season championship with a 2-0 victory over Bonita Springs Youth Soccer in the semifinal and a 3-1 clincher over South Florida Elite 402 in the final.
